got red cross training =X
we only have 10 mins to eat and to change!
so i decided not to eat.
had not eaten since morning!

i did not faint or what.
training quite fun.

we clean up red cross room.
second,
there's a training because of the national day thing.

need to salute.
then got a small rehearsal.

lastly,
we learn some cheers.
the goreng pisang cheer &
1 more claudia teach de cheer.
the cheer very very nice.
run about 2 rounds around the school.
cheering at the same time !
