today got red cross training .2 other VIs came .we trained for e whole training .from 9A.M to 12P.M .den from 1P.M to 3P.M.although it is quite a tough training ,a nervous training for all of us !but i believed that all of us had improved !& e debrief was quite fun !hahas .i remembered what JOEsir had said ,NO PAIN = NO GAIN !today ,we really had pain .our neck and shoulder is like so sour ( suan ) .hope that we will gain something too !JOEsir asked us whether r we really interested in joiningFOOTDRILL COMPETITION 2009 .& i raised up my hand .i seriously want to win e competition !i want e school to look up to red cross !posted by piingx .
